Don't you love trains? Up close, they're so overwhelmingly massive and powerful, and in the distance the plaintive whistle reaches deep into the heart. A sleek, superfast maglev or an antique steam train, billowing blue smoke and clickety-clacking down the track, trains inspire awe and wonder and capture the imagination of young and old alike.
Well, put on your engineer's cap and tie a red kercheif around your neck, we're riding the rails. All Aboooooooooard!
Model trains are a lot of fun, and a great hobby. Getting a model train set and designing the layout and scenery with trees and bridges and crossings works out your imagination and creativity and keeps your mind sharp and bright. And it really feels good to show off the incredible artistry of your work, enthralling everyone who watches and inspiring admiration and awe.
